Returns
Merchandise in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt and must exactly match product data records. It must not be damaged, worn, used or resized (with the exception of special orders). Any original certifications must be returned with the merchandise. Custom orders are non-refundable. Product(s) or diamonds purchased by Caprice at the request of a customer, in order to design and fabricate a custom piece of jewelry, will not be refunded should the customer decide, in the end, not to purchase the jewelry. Returns and exchanges must be approved through a Caprice representative.
Photography
Items viewed on the site may not always represent actual sizes. Distortion may occur due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Some items may be magnified in order to clearly show details, or shown smaller than actual size to display the entire item.
